Fantastic Skytree View and Great Service
large room airport bus helpful staff
The airport limousine bus service offered simple transportation directly to the hotel. My room was large. I had the best views of the Skytree and sunrise. Sensoji Temple is a short five-minute walk, and I found eateries conveniently close. The staff helped with taxis and answered questions politely.
The air conditioning did not work well in the corridors, so the corridors were hot and airless.

The breakfast buffet had a lot of variety, and I considered it good value for money. Two restaurants offer distinct dining experiences. One features a diverse buffet, and the other offers a curated à la carte menu.

My spacious room included comfy beds plus a large bathroom. The room had an actual closet. That was very useful. Views from the room offer sights of the Skytree.

The staff was polite and kind every single day. Staff greeted me with a smile. I appreciated this. I found the team organized and super helpful. They gave me a bag full of food when I left before breakfast.

Fantastic Stay with Nice Views
very nice view comfortable beds helpful staff
The city view from my room was very nice. I enjoyed the comfortable beds and appreciated the room service. The hotel's proximity to nearby attractions helped me explore the city quickly and efficiently. The staff responded quickly to my requests and were polite.
The gym equipment was outdated.
